Posts Out of Order.

Somehow the last two posts were not published so they are out of order

Day 5/364

Today I woke up feeling depressed.  It is raining again and I wanted to sleep in  but instead I tossed and turned worrying about not waking up on time.  The ladies at work are all struggling with not enough sleep as well.  I will try to put a smile on before I head to work.  Despite feeling the way I do I need to plug ahead.  I am not exercising this morning due to lack of time.

Keep on Going

Ok so I am not so good at posting daily.  My healthy start didn't last very long.  I became very tired at the end of my contract.  I think for the first two weeks I was exhausted.  After that we started in on the un healthy fun summer eating.  Also it has been a stressful summer with both Phil's and my jobs up in the air right now.  We both have  options, but nothing is set in stone yet.  The rest of our lives will be effected by what choices Phil makes this summer.  I have not had very good focus this summer, but I have managed to get another really good start on decluttering the basement.  We still have a ways to go, but we took a break to go to family camp and now we are back with very few plans for the summer a head of us.  Next week I want to get the school supplies ready just in case I end up going to back to work soon.  My Mom and I might be going to Maui again this winther and I would love to lose 20 lbs by then. 

I want to reset my goals.  

My goal is to lose 10 lbs by Sun Sep 2

I need to exercise daily
drink more water
eat less calories
continue the decluttering process.

Will I ever learn

Well I only lasted 4 days on that one.  I guess I am not meant to be a regular blogger.  Between work and running kids to sports I am usually to tired to blog.  I would rather watch a new series on Netflix.  I am currently watching LOST which scares me because there are quite a few seasons.  This summer I completed Prison Break and Drop Dead Diva which just added season 3.  My kids keep bugging be about watching HEROs again.  I think we are very close to finishing that one.  Pretty soon Survivor will be on regular TV I am looking forward to that. 

It is September now and time to set some more goals.  I do have a somewhat negative attitude about setting goals because it doesn't take me long to stop trying to achieve them.  But I will never give up. 

I would like to lose 20 lbs by Christmas.  which gives me about 3 months.  15 Sundays before Christmas YIKKES!  Well @ 2 lb loss per week that would give me time to lose 30 lbs or just a bit of breathing room (Thanks Giving, Weddings etc). 

I want to be active a min of 3 days a week but walking daily.

My bible study starts soon and I want to keep up with it this year.  It is very intense so it is easy to get behind.

Following FlyLady's plan is also a good idea.  I want my house decluttered once and for all.

I just got my first contract with the Public School Board.  I am working at King George School 2 and a half days a week which gives me 2 and a half days a week left to achieve my goals.  I want to do this during the day so I can be there for my kids in the evenings.

Day 4/365

I am typing this a day late.  I a determined to keep this up for a week, but last night I was tired and I didn't follow a healthy lifestyle.  I watched movies, took Kyle to his football photos and I did nothing to get ready for the next day. 

I drank about 4 cups of water
had 2 fruits
salad for lunch
walked very slowly in the morning

Day 3/365

Wow am I tired tonight.  Not sure why, I just am.  Today I didn't feel like walking in the morning so I went downstairs and did some streatches, sit ups, push ups, lifted some weights and some jumping jacks.

Day 2/365

I not much of a blogger so I left it until bedtime and now I am to tired to say much.  So here is what I achieved today:

apple and an orange
I had the morning off work so I caught up with the dishes and laundry.

I woke up feeling somewhat discourart d today.  I am hoping as I start living a healthier lifestyle I will start to have more energy.

Day1/365

Day 1.  That could be a positive or a negative.  I am hoping this is a fresh start for me, one that is long lasting.  I have had the same goals year after year but I never seem to stick with them.  All I can do is try.  I did something today, I will do something tomorrow and hopfully by blogging I will be motivated to do something to change every day.  My end goal.  simple, run the 10k at the Bridge City Boogie 2013.  Today I watched Alex run the 5k and I was wondering why I wasn't out there with him??  This is more about the journey to get there.  I will be reaching goals from different areas of my life and despite the constant change I want my goals to me my constant. 

Today I walked and did a small bit of running 5k.
