Day 3/365

Wow am I tired tonight.  Not sure why, I just am.  Today I didn't feel like walking in the morning so I went downstairs and did some streatches, sit ups, push ups, lifted some weights and some jumping jacks.

4 vegis
exercised 30 min
walk 30 min
