Ok so I am not so good at posting daily. My healthy start didn't last very long. I became very tired at the end of my contract. I think for the first two weeks I was exhausted. After that we started in on the un healthy fun summer eating. Also it has been a stressful summer with both Phil's and my jobs up in the air right now. We both have options, but nothing is set in stone yet. The rest of our lives will be effected by what choices Phil makes this summer. I have not had very good focus this summer, but I have managed to get another really good start on decluttering the basement. We still have a ways to go, but we took a break to go to family camp and now we are back with very few plans for the summer a head of us. Next week I want to get the school supplies ready just in case I end up going to back to work soon. My Mom and I might be going to Maui again this winther and I would love to lose 20 lbs by then.
I want to reset my goals.
My goal is to lose 10 lbs by Sun Sep 2
I need to exercise daily
drink more water
eat less calories
continue the decluttering process.
That is all for now we are off to church.
